Erected in 1929 for hospital use, this eight-story concrete and masonry building has been renovated into office and retail space. The renovation includes new interior finishes, mechanical systems, elevators and lobby. The restoration of the ornate stonework and arched windows to their original appearance was a major design consideration. The building lobby features a stainless steel colonnade, terrazzo floors, and a steel and glass entry canopy identifying the retail entrance.
