The renovation of this flagship boutique hotel in downtown Chicago includes a full renovation of the ground floor and lobby as well as the creation of a new, dynamic restaurant and tavern.

The project also encompasses updating the boardrooms, workrooms, pre-function and hospitality areas, and hotel rooms. A new fitness center with locker rooms, and ballrooms will also be made available to guests.

The design of a new penthouse level with an outdoor space has also been included in the program.
