The adaptive reuse of the Chicago Landmark building included 6,000SF of first floor retail space, 8,000SF of second floor office space and 184 rental apartments ranging from 580SF to 1,500 SF. The restoration included the replacement of 6,000 pieces of terra cotta, the recreation of both original main entries, and the repair and replacement of 1,200 existing wood windows.
