adam lavey On staff at Pappageorge Haymes Partners since 2000, Adam offers more than 25 years of professional experience in commercial and residential building projects. His extensive technical knowledge and design skills have been integral to the success of major high-rise, mid-rise, townhouse and custom residential, adaptive reuse, mixed-use, recreational, hospitality, and large-scale urban planning projects. As senior project manager, he is actively involved in the initial concept design through construction documentation for each of his assignments. Adam's expert project management and unique mentoring skills empower team members with both the tools and inspiration to advance toward future leadership roles. Adam's major project assignments include; 600 North Lake Shore Drive, a 401-unit, 46- and 40-story condominium complex, Chicago, Illinois; Alta at K Station, an 848-unit, 41- and 36-story apartment complex, Chicago, Illinois; SouthShore, a 143-unit, 21- and 24-story condominium complex, Newport, Kentucky; The Glen Town Center, a 181-unit, 460,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development in Glenview, Illinois; The Edge Lofts and Tower, a 224-unit renovation/new construction that adaptively merges an existing 5-story industrial building and a new 23-story tower; Grant Place, a modern 4-story, 7-unit luxury condominium building, and the Management Building at Park Douglas, a 300-unit, mixed-housing project for the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). Recent work includes: K2 at K Station, a 496-unit, 34-story apartment tower and pedestrian foot bridge over Union Street; The Shops and Lofts at 47, a mixed-use complex comprised of mid-rise buildings offering 72 mixed-income apartments and 55,000 sq. ft. of retail, and an array of 3-, 6- and 9-flats located in the City's active Cottage Grove Corridor.
