On staff at Pappageorge Haymes Partners since 2000, Adam offers more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial and residential building projects. Adam’s extensive technical knowledge and design skills have been integral to the success of major high-rise, mid-rise, low-rise, townhouse and custom residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and large-scale urban planning projects.

As Senior Project Manager, he is actively involved in the initial concept design through construction documentation for each of his assignments. Adam’s expert project management and unique mentoring skills empower team members with both the tools and inspiration to advance toward future leadership roles.

Adam’s major project assignments include; The Glen Town Center, a 181-unit, 460,000 s.f. mixed-use development in Glenview, Illinois; The Edge Lofts and Tower, a 224-unit renovation/new construction that merges an existing 5- story industrial building and a new 23-story tower, and; Grant Place, a modern 4-story, 7-unit luxury condominium building. Recent work includes; 600 North Lake Shore Drive, a 400-unit, 1,100,000 s.f. 46- and 40-story condominium complex in Chicago, Illinois, and; SouthShore, a 143-unit, 525,000 s.f., 21- and 24-story condominium complex in Newport, Kentucky.

Adam received a Bachelor of Architecture in Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
