On staff at Pappageorge Haymes Partners since 1999, Liz has provided project management and construction administration on low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise multi-family residential, office interior and innovative urban planning projects.

As Senior Project Architect, her unique aptitude for managing both the design and technical aspects of a project together with her intensely collaborative creative approach, ensure continuity in management, design, production, and construction oversight in every setting.

Major Chicago projects include; Park Place, a 177-unit, mixed-residential development; the Little Village Redevelopment, a multi-phase project including a mix of retail and residential components; Ogden Courts, a 300-unit, mixed-income development in the Mount Sinai Hospital neighborhood; Dearborn Tower, the conversion of a cold storage warehouse into a 312-unit residential building; The Edge Lofts and Tower, the residential conversion of an industrial/office building and new tower construction, and; Hartland Park, a luxury townhouse development in the West Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Liz received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1981. She is an accredited professional by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
