Since joining Pappageorge Haymes Partners in 1993, Garet has been actively involved in all phases of award winning design and construction in a diversity of project types. As Senior Project Architect, his strong leadership skills and experience have been invaluable to the success of some of the firm’s most acclaimed work in Chicago, including; the Fisher Building, the adaptive reuse of Daniel Burnham’s historic 1896, 21-story building; Old Town Village, part of the highly successful infill residential community; The Brighton, contemporary styled, luxury high-rise residences, and recently; 565 W. Quincy, an adaptive re-use project that merges an existing 7-story structure topped with a new 11-story tower construction.

Garet received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Masters of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a licensed architect in Illinois.
