On staff at Pappageorge Haymes Partners since 1998, Patrick offers extensive experience in townhouse and mixed-use residential projects. His specialized knowledge and technical coordination skills have been key to the success of a wide range of projects, including; The Bridgeport, a block-long, mixed-use development in Chicago's historic Bridgeport neighborhood, Tower Crossing, two semi-circular townhouse enclaves at the North and South end of the award-winning Glen Town Center in Glenview, Illinois; and River Walk, a 130-unit townhouse and condominium development along the north branch of the Chicago River.

Patrick's recent assignments include; the Park Douglas, a 300-unit mixed-housing scattered site project procured under Housing for Chicagoans Everywhere and part of the Chicago Housing Authority's Plan for Transformation, and the complete renovation of the Klee Building, a mixed-use residential project located in Portage Park's 'historic style' Six Corners shopping district.
