On staff at Pappageorge Haymes Partners since 2000, Vladimir offers 30 years of experience specializing in complex coordination of high-rise residential and multi-use towers. Vladimir’s project management skills, technical expertise and solid understanding of construction techniques and materials, value engineering, and contract administration have contributed significantly to the success of each of his projects.

As Senior Technical Coordinator, Vladimir was responsible for the construction documents and contract administration for the completion of multiple projects in Chicago’s celebrated Museum Park neighborhood, including; Museum Park Tower I; Museum Park Tower II; Museum Park Tower III; and Museum Park Lofts II. Recent projects include; One Museum Park East, the second tallest all-residential tower in the U.S., the adjacent; One Museum Park West; and Walton on the Park.

Vladimir received a Bachelor of Architecture from Mordovia State University, Mordovia, Russia.
