The two wings of this luxury high-rise apartment building slide past each other and capture the core elements between, allowing windows to flood the common hallways with natural light. The residential tower sits atop a podium containing parking, service and amenity spaces that raises the entry court up to the level of the adjoining street.

The contemporary form of the building is expressed in an elegant balance of horizontal and vertical concrete and glass elements. Located in the River North area of Chicago, the building stands prominently as a beacon to the North entrance of the central business district.
