This 25-story residential condominium building was constructed as part of Phase I of the Kinzie Station Planned Development. The narrow strip of land upon which the building sits is the site of a former freight yard, adjacent to the currently active Metra passenger train line heading west from Chicago’s loop. The building was designed with two entrances; one at grade on the east side of the building and one at the elevated level of the DesPlaines Street bridge on the West side. Prominent building features include a landscaped pedestrian plaza at the elevated street entrance as well as two-level penthouse units with outdoor terraces at the building’s top.
