Part of a mixed-use development, the project will include two 12-story residential condominium buildings, housing 212 residential units. The buildings will share a spacious 8,000 sf Lobby, featuring a 2-story atrium that will house lounge and recreational spaces in a club-like atmosphere. The project will also include a retail center and bank along the Halsted Street frontage.
