The adaptive re-use of the Chicago Landmark building included 6,000 s.f. of first floor retail space, 8,000 s.f. of second floor office space and 184 rental apartments ranging from 580 s.f. to 1,500 s.f. The restoration included the replacement of 6,000 pieces of terra cotta, the recreation of both original main entries, and the repair and replacement of 1,200 existing wood windows.
