Hot-dipped galvanized steel used in lieu of historical limestone, accents this building’s planar masonry walls and its unusually deep-set windows, cut out corners, and large retail show windows.  The symmetrically organized plan provides four corner units per floor, each with an ideal split bedroom layout, allowing corner living/dining spaces to achieve maximized views. This arrangement of simple details and a clear expression of the plan through the exterior, gives this building a distinctive and dynamic presence in its neighborhood.
