1414 North Wells
McCohen Development This building is successfully integrated into its Chicago neighborhood by using red brick, limestone and ornamentally styled railings that are detailed in traditional ways. A classical architectural language emphasizing a strong, rusticated base and corniced roofline further enriches the building’s façade. Fifty-two luxury residences on 5 levels are placed over ground-level parking and a residential entrance lobby. Each successive floor is terraced outward, thus creating a variety of unit types and sizes, with generous outdoor spaces that allow views to the surrounding area. |
