Phase One, at the South end of the site, is a 5-story building with a 40,000 s.f. Whole Foods store on the ground floor and 61 units of senior housing located above. On grade and basement parking is provided for the store patrons. Resident parking is above the store but screened from view by residential units. Phase Two, to the North, is a more conventional 6-story, 75 unit condominium building with five floors of residential units and parking on the first floor and basement levels.
