The monumental 60-story, 698-unit luxury apartment tower is part of an expansive two million square-foot residential planned development now under construction along the Chicago River in the heart of the River North district. Developed by Houston-based Hines and Joseph P. Kennedy Enterprises, the project broke ground in July of 2017 and is expected to reach completion by end of 2019.
