A Place in Paradise

Last September, contractors broke ground for The Collection, a 43-story high-end residential condominium building, 4 story mid-rise buildings, and town homes in the highly desirable Ala Moana / Kaka’ako region of Honolulu. Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) is pleased to be working with Honolulu-based developer Kewalo Development LLC, an affiliate of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. on this project, and are thrilled to announce that all of the units in the tower have been sold! This groundbreaking is also the culmination of two years of collaboration with award-winning local architecture firm Design Partners Incorporated, and is PH's first major project in Hawaii.

Tall, slender, sophisticated, and elegant, the design of the tower was inspired by the Kewalo area as well as the surrounding ocean, mountain, and city views. As the final high-rise condo to be built in the luxury block, between the Ala Moana Shopping Center and the Ward Centers, this tower will have 341 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with penthouse residences on its top floors. The contemporary floor plans showcase unique features that include custom wood entry doors, hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, and granite kitchen counters that will appeal to local and international clients alike. Energy efficient technologies, such as LED lighting and low-emission dual-paned windows, have been incorporated throughout the project. For all residents, the building boasts a long list of amenities such as a private movie theater, club room with full kitchen, infinity edge pool, fitness center, outdoor lounges around the spa, two visitor guest suites, and many more. The rich and seductive materials used in the units extend to the interior common spaces, while the exterior will be surround by dense, native landscaping.
