The project involved the conversion of a 10,000 s.f. warehouse into a store for a national children’s toy retailer. To create a playful atmosphere, the front corner of the masonry building was opened up to create a large, brightly colored, stepped entrance pavilion, reminiscent of children’s building blocks. The project also included the development of the adjacent corner property into a landscaped parking lot, featuring an ornamental sign pylon on the corner.
