brian kidd Brian joined Pappageorge/Haymes in 1987 and has provided leadership in the design and construction of projects ranging from custom single-family homes to planned communities. He has served as senior project manager on many of the firm’s most highly acclaimed projects including Block X, 530 Lakeshore Drive, The Whitney, Two River Place and River Place on the Park. Recent project assignments include First on Sunset, South Miami, Florida and 1400 Museum Park. First on Sunset is a major mixed-use development project located on 2 ½ blocks in downtown South Miami consisting of 108 residential units, a bank, retail and office uses. 1400 Museum Park is a 40 story 260 unit residential condominium project located on South Michigan Avenue. Brian earned a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science and Environmental Design from Ball State University, College of Architecture and Planning at Muncie, Indiana in 1985. He began his professional career in San Jose, California at CZL Associates as an architectural technician working primarily on restoration and renovation projects. His professional activities include membership in the American Institute of Architects, Chairman of the Park Ridge Appearance Commission, and member of the Park Ridge Zoning Commission. He is a licensed architect in Illinois and an accredited professional by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). |
