On staff at Pappageorge Haymes Partners since 1987, Kay is among the firm’s most tenured associates. As Chief Administrative Officer, Kay’s notable experience, intellect, and unique personal commitment are key to the firm’s organizational development and efficiency. She has extensive project accounting and management experience in the A/E/C industry, and has been instrumental in the design and implementation of the firm’s administrative structure; including archive system and project libraries, accounting procedures and human resources program. She manages the firm’s accounting and administrative staff and helps oversee general office policy and procedures.

Kay participated in the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts Program at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

Her professional activities have included; AIA Chicago Foundation, Secretary/Treasurer; Society of Design Administration, Convention Special Events Chair; Society of Architectural Administrators, Convention Display Booth Coordinator; and Society of Architectural Administrators, Chicago Chapter, Past President.
