This community-supported program is part of the "New Homes for Chicago" program, sponsored by the City of Chicago. Sixteen 1,400SF single-family homes on scattered sites were developed for sale to moderate-income households. Drawing from the character of the surrounding community, four different facades were created specific to this neighborhood, offering buyers a choice of appearance and materials.
