A winning entry to the “New Homes for Chicago” program sponsored by the city of Chicago, the project’s eighteen single-family homes on scattered sites were developed for sale to moderate income households. The plan provides 1,400 s.f. of living space on two levels, with a planned expansion option. Drawing from the character of the surrounding community, four façades were created, offering buyers a choice of appearance and materials.
