Comprised of 130 townhouse units in 12 buildings and 60 condominium units in a renovated loft building, the project utilizes natural landscaping to integrate with the beauty of its riverside location. Flowering grasses along the river’s edge and a river walk for biking and walking weave the project into the environment. Nine and ten foot ceilings on the ground and second floors create open airy spaces, and hardwood floors in the livng area emulate the project’s natural setting.
