Procured under Housing for Chicagoans Everywhere and part of the CHA’s Plan for Transformation this scattered site project, including a first phase of 137 units, aspires to improve the quality and culture of mixed-income housing in Chicago.

The new buildings are comfortably integrated into the fabric of the existing neighborhood through the use of familiar materials such as face brick and stone, connecting both contemporary and traditional designs. The plan is comprised of multiple-dwelling buildings ranging from 2 Flats to 65-unit mid-rises.

The first phase consists of 137 rental units in 18- 3 story walkup buildings, the largest of which is a 48-unit courtyard building. Each residence will have private outdoor space and on grade parking.

Common amenities include management offices and community space.

The project will be further enhanced with the sustainable features of the Green Homes for Chicago program.
