David Zielinski


AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Senior Project Architect

David is a licensed architect with experience in project management and a strong technical background. David’s professional career began at WJW Architects as a project architect developing drawings and managing BIM models throughout all project phases. In 2017, he was elevated to project manager and had a leading role throughout all project phases, including special expertise in coordinating green rating program requirements, such as National Green Buildings Standard, Enterprise Green Communities, ComEd Energy Efficiency Grant, LEED for Homes, Energy Star Multi-Family High-Rise, and Chicago Sustainable Development Policy. Being a natural leader, he worked closely alongside the Principal-in-Charge and co-created an office-wide program to train new project architects. Since joining PH in 2022, David has an active role managing BIM processes in several key projects.
