We just celebrated a major construction milestone: the topping out of 333 East Superior in downtown Duluth, Minnesota.
105 W. Adams: PH’s adaptive re-use project of a Chicago Loop Landmark
PH will serve as the lead designer on the office-to-apartment conversion in 105 W. Adams, which will bring 400 new units to the Chicago Loop.
NEW AND EXCITING PROJECT IN MICHIGAN CITY

THE PITTSFIELD BUILDING PROJECT UPDATE
Zoning application has officially been signed to convert the office portion of the Pittsfield building, a PH adaptive re-use project.
OAK & LARRABEE PROJECT UPDATE
The Committee on Finance has approved $14 million in tax-increment financing (TIF) funds for this mixed-income housing development at 955 N. Larrabee St.
RENDERING REVEAL AND DEMO PERMIT FOR 424 SOUTH WABASH
Located at 424 South Wabash, the new hotel designed by our team at PH will offer 340 rooms, a restaurant on the first floor and and a dedicated amenity floor on level three.
