On June 25th, we celebrated a major construction milestone, the topping out of 333 East Superior in downtown Duluth! This 15-story mixed-use residential project now stands structurally complete at 176 feet, offering 18,000 sf of retail space and 210 units with stunning views of Lake Superior.
