Big things are coming to Taylor, Texas! 🎉

Last week, we proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of The Ferguson, a new project bringing thoughtfully designed housing and vibrant mixed-use space to this rapidly growing community.

This development features two 4-story brick buildings with a total of 54 condominiums, offering a balanced mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom homes. Each building will also include a spacious commercial storefront and unique live/work units, creating opportunities for residents to live, work, and connect all in one place.
