A New Standard for Extended Stay: ROOST Rainey Street at Paseo
As the lines between hospitality and residential living continue to evolve, Paseo introduces a new approach through ROOST Rainey Street, an integrated apartment-style hotel that pairs the comforts of home with the amenities of a luxury multifamily community.
Located on Levels 14 through 17, ROOST offers 59 accommodations ranging from efficient studios to expansive four-bedroom suites. Whether visiting Austin for a few nights or an extended stay, visitors enjoy spaces that feel distinctly residential. Each suite includes a full-size refrigerator, in-unit washer and dryer, generous living areas, and high-quality finishes consistent with those found throughout Paseo.

Rather than creating a separate hotel environment, the design embraces a seamless relationship between hospitality and multifamily living. Hotel rooms and residences share a common architectural language, with subtle modifications such as accessibility enhancements, integrated furnishings, curated amenities, and fully equipped kitchens that support both short- and long-term stays. This hybrid model reflects the continued evolution of multifamily communities, where hospitality-inspired services and amenity-rich environments naturally complement extended-stay accommodations.

Visitors also enjoy access to one of Paseo's pool decks, the fitness center, and the co-working spaces. Located on both the second and thirteenth floors, these work environments support today's remote professionals, while the second-floor workspace connects directly to Daydreamer Café, creating an effortless transition between work, coffee, and community.

Behind the scenes, programmable key fobs provide intuitive access while maintaining secure circulation throughout the building, allowing hotel visitors and residents to comfortably enjoy amenities without compromising privacy or convenience.

ROOST Rainey Street is more than a hotel within a residential tower, it reflects Paseo's vision for a vibrant mixed-use community where hospitality, housing, and thoughtfully curated amenities come together to support the way people live, work, and travel.
