DONALD L. MOUCH
Associate AIA, Senior Project Architect
Since joining Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) in 2014, Donald has been involved with some of the firm’s most visible work, including: Buckhead Atlanta, a six-block, luxury mixed-use development in Georgia; Iowa River Landing, an expansive residential, retail and entertainment district in Coralville, Iowa; and River Oaks District, a 15-acre mixed-use destination in Houston’s Uptown Galleria neighborhood. His portfolio as a project manager at PH has grown to include work in both the residential and commercial sectors, with specialization in single-family and multi-family residential, planned development, retail, office, and financial. This array of projects has also included work related to Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Tax Credits, Green Communities, HUD Funding, and LEED certification.
Donald’s work experience prior to Pappageorge Haymes includes employment at firms in Cincinnati, Chicago and New York City. While pursuing his Master of Architecture at the University of Cincinnati, Donald worked as a graduate assistant for six academic quarters and served as his professor’s chief-editor in the published textbook, Environmental Issues for Architecture.
Along with his wife, daughter, and puppy, Donald enjoys virtually anything outdoors. Donald is a fervid runner and triathlete, having completed 9 marathons and 5 half-Ironman triathlons. He is avidly involved in the Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance and various AIA events and lectures, having served as a panelist in 2020.
