Heather Faircloth

Since joining Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) in 1997, Heather’s astute design and technical aptitude has earned her a key role on such major projects in Chicago as: Museum Park at Central Station, a multi-phase development that includes nearly 3,000 residential units encompassed within high-rise and townhouse components; Walton on the Park, a 400-unit, mixed-use residential high-rise located in the city’s Landmark Gold Coast neighborhood; Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront, an extensive redevelopment and renovation of the former Hotel 71 in the downtown area; and 465 N. Park, a stylistically modern, 48-story residential tower between Navy Pier and the iconic Tribune Tower.

Project involvement outside Chicago includes: Arlington Downs, the 25-acre mixed-use redevelopment located just west of Arlington Park International Racetrack in Arlington Heights, Illinois; and The Collection, a multi-phase, mixed-housing mixed-use development that includes high-rise, mid-rise and townhouse components in Honolulu, Hawaii.
