Project involvement outside Chicago includes: Arlington Downs, the 25-acre mixed-use redevelopment located just west of Arlington Park International Racetrack in Arlington Heights, Illinois; and The Collection, a multi-phase, mixed-housing mixed-use development that includes high-rise, mid-rise and townhouse components in Honolulu, Hawaii.
