LEED Green Associate, Senior Project Architect

Todd offers over twenty years of professional experience in the spectrum of project typologies. As senior project architect, Todd is actively involved in the initial concept design through construction documentation and construction administration for most of his assignments. His extensive technical knowledge, design, and management skills have contributed significantly to the success of such award-winning projects in Chicago as: The Shops and Lofts at 47, a mixed-income redevelopment of an entire city block in the city’s Cottage Grove Corridor and K2 Apartments, a LEED© Silver certified apartment tower.

Other major projects include: Alta at K Station, a LEED© Gold certified apartment complex with a ground floor retail area that spans nearly the entire east-west length of its two towers; 600 N. Lake Shore Drive, a contemporary-styled residential complex distributed over two towers; The Grant, the tower companion to the flagship tower One Museum Park, located at the south end of Grant Park and Alta Roosevelt, a 33-story, 496-unit luxury apartment complex nestled in Chicago’s Printer’s Row.

Prior to joining Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH), Todd spent five years at FGM Architects and Engineers, Oak Brook, Illinois, where responsibilities included schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Earlier experience included project work at Wight & Company, Darien, Illinois, and at Caprio Prisby Architectural Design, Hinsdale, Illinois.
