LUKE MARCZEWSKI

On staff at PH since 2007, Luke’s extensive technical knowledge and design skills have been key to the success of major building projects and large-scale developments nationwide. He has served as project manager, actively involved in the initial concept design through construction documentation, on many of his assignments and offers special expertise in computer imaging and 3D rendering.
Major project experience in Chicago includes: K2 Apartments, a LEED® Silver certified, 33-story, 496-unit luxury apartment complex located in the city’s popular River North community; 465 N. Park, a modern 48-story, 444-unit apartment tower with 12,000 sq. ft of retail space; Luxe on Chicago, a low-rise, mixed-use apartment complex with 14,000 sq. ft. retail; and Backyard Andersonville, a contemporary two-story row house development in the city's popular North Side neighborhood.
Large-scale work outside of Chicago includes: River Oaks District, a 15-acre, mixed-use development that includes retail, restaurants, premier office space, and upscale apartments in Houston, Texas; Buckhead Atlanta, a 10-acre, mixed-use development comprised of boutique retail and premium office space, deluxe high-rise apartments, and over a dozen restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia; and Iowa River Landing, a 180-acre residential, retail and entertainment district overlooking the river along the I-80 corridor in Coralville, Iowa.
