OLIVIA COX

Architectural Associate

Olivia graduated from Virginia Polytechnic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Architecture. During her time as a summer intern at Rand Construction Corporation in Alexandria, Virginia, she gained valuable experience working on the Marriott International Headquarters project in Bethesda, Maryland. Olivia was involved in all project phases, collaborating closely with architects to review designs and drawings. Her work spanned multiple aspects, including LEED certification, resolving mechanical conflicts, lighting design, and comprehensive architectural drawing reviews. She also became proficient with Procore and Bluebeam, deepening her understanding of the dynamic relationship between architecture and construction.

Since joining PH in June 2022, Olivia has been an essential part of the team, contributing to a wide range of projects. Her responsibilities encompass nearly every aspect of project development, from early-stage site and floor plan creation to 3D modeling and construction documentation.
