310 West Huron is a nine- story mixed-use development located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. The project replaces a surface parking lot with a pedestrian-scale building that prioritizes active street engagement and neighborhood connectivity.The development comprises 149 residential units, including a series of ground level duplexes with private patios. These duplex units, positioned at the western end of the site, are designed to activate the street front. The project offers a residential lobby featuring an integrated coffee shop, two street- facing retail spaces along Franklin Street, and 21 on-site parking spaces. A small pocket park is also planned for the western edge of the site, offering a modest green amenity for residents and the public.
