Poised to rise where the SoBro and Rutledge Hill districts converge in downtown Nashville, 319 Peabody will redefine the city’s skyline as a new symbol of contemporary urban living. Designed by PH, the 53-story, 665-foot tower envisions a vertical community where hotel and residential life merge within a luminous, faceted glass form that captures the energy and rhythm of the city.
The mixed-use tower will include 405 hotel keys, 104 luxury condominiums, and 400 below-grade parking spaces within approximately 867,000 gross square feet. Its sculpted form responds to and captures surrounding views, creating a dynamic dialogue between the building and its environment. At street level, a five-level podium will activate the urban realm with retail, amenities, and public gathering spaces that foster connection between residents, guests, and the neighborhood. Above, a rooftop pool and bar will offer sweeping views of downtown Nashville, providing a serene escape within the vibrant heart of the city.
