Located in Santa Ana, California, this 42-acre site reimagines an existing retail mall into a vibrant, mixed-use destination. The development integrates approximately 215,000 square feet of retail, 100,000 square feet of office space, 3,500 residential units, and 7,100 parking spaces.
Working in collaboration with an extended design team, including OJB and Gensler, PH engaged in site visits and a series of designs to explore the project’s full potential. These efforts created a conceptual master plan that envisions a dynamic, walkable environment blending living, working, and leisure experiences.
