Envisioned in the heart of the downtown district in South Miami, this 2-1/2 block, mixed-use project is designed to conform to “The Hometown Plan”; a new overlay district that encourages Traditional Neighborhood Development. A newly created retail street that bisects the project is the focal point of the development which features traditional Southern Florida Style architecture newly articulated in a modern building vocabulary. Arcaded colonnades, overlapping wall planes, passive solar shading concepts, and building height and depth variations are employed to create a sculpted and vibrant character that responds to its context.
