Lincoln Park Commons

Located along a busy commercial corridor within the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park, the mixed-use development comprises condominium apartments, single-family homes and retail spaces. The retail and condominium structure is articulated in traditional brick and limestone with sweeping bays, turreted corners, and building setbacks that pay homage to the community’s landmark architecture and provide a pedestrian scale. Three stories of condominiums rest above a tall, one-story retail base with a heated underground parking garage extending beneath.
