670 OLD RAND ROAD: BIG NEWS FOR LAKE ZURICH!

We’re thrilled to share that the Lake Zurich Village Board has officially approved a new residential development on Old Rand Road, marking an exciting milestone for the community and for our team at PH, in collaboration with an extraordinary group of consultants, on behalf of OSK Capital Partners and SN Ventures, both owned by a local family office. This thoughtfully designed development will bring 18 townhomes and 18 single-family detached homes to a nine-acre site, creating a vibrant, livable neighborhood.

What sets this project apart:

🏡 A strong, collaborative relationship with the Village of Lake Zurich, built through a tenacious, multi-year effort.

🌿 Approximately one-third of the property will be preserved as wetlands and a walking path that connects residents to nature.

🚒 The original house on the property was donated to the Lake Zurich Fire Department for hands-on training.

Regarding the strong collaboration and efforts that brought this project to life, Sarosh B. Saher, Community Development Director at Village of Lake Zurich said "Pappageorge Haymes Partners demonstrated exceptional leadership and collaboration in successfully guiding their project through Lake Zurich’s complex Planned Unit Development (PUD) approval process. Their thoughtful engagement with the Village’s Development Review Staff, responsiveness throughout the project review and public hearing phases, and commitment to design excellence were instrumental in securing strong support from the Village Board. This project not only reflects their professionalism but will also set a new design precedent, bringing a uniquely designed development project that will positively impact Lake Zurich’s residential neighborhoods.”
